A bankruptcy judge has ruled New Century Financial Corp. can pay about $3.2 million in bonuses to 116 executives and key managers.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Kevin J. Carey on Monday approved a scaled back bonus proposal which removes Chief Executive Brad Morrice and two other senior executives from the list of those eligible for bonuses.
The company
