Can anyone please explain to me what happens when you declare bankruptcy? If you are giving a church 10% of your income , does it come into play somehow and stop? What exactly happens when a person declare bankruptcy?
I'm asking because that what my parent's /guardians want me to do with my credit card debt!
I'm in Idaho if that helps out any.
